Finding Kira
Each month, a Kira is selected by an admin and I will select someone to be L. It is up to the rest of the members to find the Kira. Depending on how the members do, there will be votes on who will be Ryuk, Mikami, Shinigamis, Mello, etc. Ryuk will be the one who watches over the game. More information will be stickied.
